Liposuction Risks

When contemplating having Liposuction done, many people are negligent when it
comes to considering the Liposuction Risks. They have heard the benefits so

Liposuction Risks:

Seroma - after liposuction the can be pooling of serum a liquid from your blood in the areas that the fat tissues were removed
Infection - some surgeons prescribe antibiotics to all liposuction patients to ward off infection. You must keep your wound clean. Toxic shock or necrotizing fasciitis(this is where bacteria eats away your tissue) may occur if you do not keep the wound clean
Embolism - fat dislodged during liposuction can become lodged in your blood stream
Visceral Perforations (puncture of the organs)- During Liposuction it is possible for the prove used to perform the liposuction to puncture organs.
Nerve Compression
Swelling
Skin death
Burns
Fluid imbalance
Toxicity to anesthesia
Fatality - only 3 per 100,000 liposuctions performed reported In some studies and 20-100 deaths per 100,000 liposuctions in other studies.
